Job Description:
ASML Holding is seeking a remote Office Manager to join our team in Eindhoven, NL. This part-time position offers the opportunity to work from home while supporting the operations of our dynamic company. We are looking for an individual with at least 3 years of experience in office management who is dedicated, motivated, and possesses excellent critical thinking and planning skills.
Responsibilities: - Manage and organize office operations and procedures - Create and maintain office policies and procedures - Handle correspondence, phone calls, and emails - Coordinate meetings and events - Manage office supplies and equipment - Assist in budget planning and financial tasks - Support HR with onboarding and administrative tasks - Conduct research and prepare reports as needed - Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all aspects of work
Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in office management or related field - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
