Job Description - Administrative Coordinator

Job Description:


We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Swapfiets in Eindhoven, NL. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team and ensuring the smooth running of our office operations.


Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support to the team, including handling phone calls, emails, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies. - Coordinate meetings and events, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and organizing logistics. - Assist with document management, filing, and data entry tasks. - Handle travel arrangements and expense reports for team members. - Assist with special projects and other tasks as needed.


Requirements: - 1 year of experience in an administrative or office support role. - Excellent organizational and time management skills. - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Resilient and hardworking personality traits. - Strong communication and presentation skills.
