Job Description - Administrative Coordinator - Work from home

Job Description:


Bynder, a leading digital asset management company based in Amsterdam, NL, is seeking a driven and reliable Administrative Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis. This is an entry-level position, perfect for individuals looking to gain experience in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage and organize company files, documents, and records. 2. Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the team. 3. Assist with the onboarding process for new employees. 4. Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service. 5. Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks as needed. 6. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations.


Requirements: - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Problem-solving and negotiation skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite. - Ability to work independently and in a team. - High school diploma or equivalent.
