Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team at Thuisbezorgd.nl in Utrecht, NL. As an Entry Level Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office and ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment. This is a part-time position and ideal for individuals who are independent, driven, and looking to gain experience in office management.
Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day office operations, including scheduling appointments, handling incoming calls and emails, and maintaining office supplies - Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents - Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events - Provide support to management and staff as needed - Help to create and maintain a positive and productive work environment - Uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity - Other duties as assigned
Requirements: - Strong organizational and time management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work independently and take initiative - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Prior experience in office management is a plus, but not required - Leadership and planning skills - Must be driven and willing to learn - High school diploma or equivalent
