Job Description:
Van Oord is seeking a Remote Office Manager to join our team in Rotterdam, NL on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. We are looking for an individual who is independent, driven, and possesses strong people management and time management skills.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage day-to-day administrative tasks for the remote office. 2. Coordinate meetings, conference calls, and appointments for the team. 3. Assist with travel arrangements and accommodations for team members. 4. Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory. 5. Handle incoming and outgoing communication, including emails and phone calls. 6. Support HR functions such as onboarding new employees and managing employee records. 7. Assist with project coordination and tracking deadlines. 8. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. 3+ years of experience in office management or administrative support roles. 3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. 4. Excellent communication and organizational skills. 5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Experience with remote work and virtual team management is a plus.
