Job Description - Online Administrative Coordinator

Job Description:


As an Online Administrative Coordinator at Shapeways, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating various administrative tasks to support our online operations. Your main responsibilities will include:


1. Managing and organizing online orders, ensuring timely processing and delivery to customers. 2. Communicating with customers via email and online chat to provide support and resolve any issues that may arise. 3. Updating and maintaining online product listings, ensuring accuracy and consistency. 4. Collaborating with the marketing team to create and implement online promotional campaigns. 5. Assisting with inventory management and tracking online sales data. 6. Providing administrative support to other departments as needed.


Requirements:


- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. - Hardworking and independent mindset, able to work efficiently with minimal supervision. - Strong project management skills, able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. - Innovative mindset, always looking for ways to improve processes and drive success. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online platforms. - Visa sponsorship available for international candidates.
