Account Support Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a talented Account Support Assistant to join our team at 3D Hubs. This position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. As an Account Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries via email and phone in a timely and professional manner - Assist clients with account setup, troubleshooting, and general inquiries - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with the sales team to identify and upsell additional products or services to clients - Assist with invoicing and billing processes as needed - Provide technical support to clients as needed

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a similar role - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Highly adaptable and resourceful - Excellent emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with clients - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
