Account Support Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Support Specialist to join our team at Harver. This is a part-time, entry-level position that will allow the successful candidate to work remotely. As an Account Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients while assisting our account management team in various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities: - Providing top-notch customer support via email, phone, and chat - Assisting with client onboarding and account set-up - Resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborating with the account management team to ensure client satisfaction - Performing data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Supporting the team with any additional tasks as needed
