Call Center Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

Quooker is seeking a highly motivated and independent Call Center Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Call Center Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through phone calls, emails, and online chat. This is a remote work position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home.

Responsibilities: 1. Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner. 2. Make outbound calls to follow up on customer issues or provide updates on orders. 3. Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving any product-related issues. 4. Document all customer interactions in the company's CRM system. 5. Collaborate with colleagues worldwide to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Meet or exceed all performance goals, including call handle time, customer satisfaction, and first call resolution.

Requirements: 1. No prior experience is required, but a background in customer service is preferred. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Strong adaptability and flexibility to navigate different customer situations. 5. Team player mentality to work collaboratively with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
