Call Center Representative - Remote Work

We are seeking a confident and reliable Call Center Representative to join our team at HEMA. Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner - Answer customer inquiries, provide information, and resolve any issues or complaints - Utilize scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency and accuracy in calls - Maintain customer records and update information as needed - Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve customer service processes - Meet or exceed call quota and performance goals

Requirements: - Strong communication skills and phone etiquette - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Excellent decision-making skills and ability to think on your feet - High school diploma or equivalent - Fluency in Dutch and English - Confidence in speaking with customers and addressing their needs
