We are seeking a confident and reliable Call Center Representative to join our team at HEMA. This is a part-time position that allows for remote work, providing flexibility and convenience for our employees. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, making it a great opportunity for those looking to start their career in customer service.
Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner - Answer customer inquiries, provide information, and resolve any issues or complaints - Utilize scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency and accuracy in calls - Maintain customer records and update information as needed - Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve customer service processes - Meet or exceed call quota and performance goals
Requirements: - Strong communication skills and phone etiquette - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Excellent decision-making skills and ability to think on your feet - High school diploma or equivalent - Fluency in Dutch and English - Confidence in speaking with customers and addressing their needs
Personality traits: - Confidence: must be comfortable speaking with customers and handling potentially difficult situations - Reliability: must be dependable and able to meet deadlines and quotas consistently
