Signify is currently seeking a dedicated and resilient Client Relations Officer to join our team in a remote work position based in Utrecht, Netherlands. As a Client Relations Officer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner - Proactively reach out to clients to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved promptly - Develop strategies to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty - Provide regular updates to clients on the status of their accounts and any upcoming changes or developments - Monitor client accounts to ensure they are in good standing and to identify potential opportunities for growth - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a client-facing or customer service role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Resilient and dedicated attitude towards client satisfaction - Creativity and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
