Client Service Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and dedicated Client Service Associate to join our team at The Next Closet. This is a remote work opportunity, based in Eindhoven, NL. As a Client Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via email, phone, and chat to provide assistance and support - Handle inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner - Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving any issues that may arise - Manage client accounts and maintain accurate records of all interactions - Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products - Work closely with the operations team to ensure orders are processed and shipped accurately and efficiently - Provide regular reports on client feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better serve our clients

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Driven and passionate about providing exceptional service to clients - Strong adaptability and project management skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - High school diploma or equivalent required
