Client Service Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

As a Client Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients remotely. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of relevant experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat to address their inquiries and concerns. 2. Provide product information and recommendations to clients based on their needs. 3. Process orders and manage client accounts with accuracy and efficiency. 4. Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Confidence in communicating with clients and providing solutions. 3. Reliability in handling client accounts and inquiries. 4. Persuasion skills to effectively promote products and services. 5. Creativity in problem-solving and finding unique solutions for clients. 6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team setting.
