Job Description - Client Support Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:


We are looking for a passionate and motivated Client Support Manager to join our team at Harver. This role is remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. As a Client Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner.


Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback - Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve client issues - Develop and maintain client support documentation and resources - Analyze client data and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement - Implement strategies to enhance the overall client experience


Requirements: - 6 years of experience in a client support or customer service role - Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent problem-solving abilities to address client issues promptly and effectively - Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients - Motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
