LeasePlan, a leading global fleet management and mobility company, is seeking a dedicated and resilient Client Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time remote basis. As a Client Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to client inquiries and provide solutions to their issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Proactively reach out to clients to ensure their needs are being met and offer assistance with any concerns. 3. Assist clients with account management tasks, such as updating information, processing payments, and resolving billing issues. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex client issues. 5. Provide feedback and suggestions for improving our products and services based on client interactions. 6. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and communications in our CRM system. 7. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to better serve our clients.
Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in customer service or client support roles. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 4. Strategic planning skills to anticipate and address client needs. 5. Leadership skills to effectively guide clients through solutions. 6. Comfortable working independently in a remote setting. 7. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
