Job Description:
Bugaboo International is seeking a Contact Center Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will be remote, allowing for flexibility and the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chat inquiries from customers regarding products, orders, and general enquiries. 2. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. 3. Utilize a CRM system to accurately document customer interactions and follow up on customer requests. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience and contribute to achieving team goals. 5. Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 6. Assist with special projects, as assigned by management, to support the overall success of the Contact Center team.
Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in a customer service or contact center role preferred. 2. Motivated and resourceful individual who is eager to learn and grow within the company. 3. Strong project management skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. 4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. 6. Proficiency in using CRM systems and other customer service tools. 7. High school degree or equivalent required.
