Responsibilities: - Handling inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding product inquiries, order placement, and issue resolution - Providing exceptional customer service through active listening, empathy, and problem-solving - Updating customer information in the company database accurately - Collaborating with other team members to address customer needs efficiently - Following company guidelines and procedures to maintain high-quality service standards

Requirements: - Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English - Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively - Basic ability to use technology and navigate computer systems - Project management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
