Job Description - Contact Center Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:


Booking.com is seeking a Contact Center Specialist to join our team on a remote basis. As a Contact Center Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients via phone, email, and chat. This is a part-time entry-level position with no required years of experience.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with booking reservations, modifying existing bookings, and answering questions about our services. 3. Provide accurate information regarding pricing, availability, and policies. 4. Utilize effective communication skills to build rapport with customers and ensure a positive experience. 5. Collaborate with other team members to address more complex customer issues. 6. Meet or exceed performance goals related to customer satisfaction and response time. 7. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system. 8. Identify opportunities for improvement in our processes and contribute to ongoing training initiatives.


Requirements: 1. Motivated and adaptable personality traits. 2. Strong presentation and innovation soft skills. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. 6. High school diploma or equivalent. 7. Availability to work a part-time schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.
