Royal IHC is seeking a dedicated Customer Care Representative to join our team and work remotely from Eindhoven, NL. As a part-time entry-level position, this role is perfect for individuals looking to gain experience in the customer service field. We are looking for individuals who are resilient, driven, and possess strong research skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries via various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat - Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and orders - Assist customers with problem-solving and troubleshooting to ensure a positive experience - Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately - Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction - Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions - Continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional growth through ongoing learning and development

Requirements: - No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow in the role - Must be resilient and able to handle challenging customer interactions with grace - Strong drive to succeed and exceed customer expectations - Excellent research skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong communication skills in both written and verbal formats - Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
