Customer Care Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

Damen Shipyards Group is seeking a dedicated and passionate Customer Care Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients remotely from your location in Amsterdam, NL. This position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via email, phone, and live chat - Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Providing product information and assistance to customers - Processing customer orders and returns - Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identifying and escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members - Continuously improving customer service processes and procedures

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a customer service role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent decision-making skills - High level of cooperation and a customer-focused mindset - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software - Availability to work remotely and communicate effectively with colleagues and customers - Knowledge of the maritime industry is a plus
