Job Description:

Fairphone is seeking a motivated Customer Service Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely. As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: - Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner - Provide product information and assistance with orders - Process returns and exchanges according to company policies - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer needs are met - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to make sound decisions under pressure - Hardworking and energetic attitude - Proficiency in using customer service software and tools - Experience working remotely preferred
