Job Description:

Wercker is seeking a dedicated and reliable Customer Service Assistant to join our team in a remote work position based in Utrecht, NL. As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues they may have. This role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining positive relationships with our clients.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat in a prompt and professional manner - Resolving customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently - Providing product information and assistance to customers - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Conducting research to address customer concerns and provide accurate information - Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Assisting in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures - Monitoring customer feedback and escalating issues as needed

Requirements: - 2 years of customer service experience - Excellent communication skills - Project management skills - Strong research abilities - Ability to work independently and take initiative - Proficiency in computer skills and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent
