Customer Service Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

BUX, a leading financial technology company based in Den Haag, NL, is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to join our team. This is a remote work position for an individual with at least 2 years of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate will possess a resilient and resourceful personality, as well as strong soft skills in research and leadership.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat - Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Conduct research to address customer questions and concerns effectively - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers - Take on leadership roles within the customer service team as needed

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in using customer service software and tools - Strong research skills to effectively address customer inquiries - Leadership skills to take charge of customer service team projects - Resilient attitude to handle challenging customer interactions - Resourceful approach to finding solutions to customer issues
