Job Description:
Vattenfall Netherlands is seeking a reliable and motivated Customer Service Officer to join our team in Eindhoven on a part-time remote basis. As an Entry Level position, this role is perfect for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service and a desire to grow in a dynamic and innovative environment.
Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat to resolve inquiries and issues promptly and professionally. - Act as a brand ambassador for Vattenfall Netherlands by maintaining a positive and helpful attitude in all customer interactions. - Utilize critical thinking skills to analyze complex customer situations and provide creative solutions. - Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient handling of customer requests and complaints. - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the database. - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Requirements: - Confident and resilient personality traits to handle challenging customer interactions with grace. - Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to think innovatively to solve problems. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote work environment. - Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office suite. - High school diploma or equivalent, with further education a plus.
