Job Description:
Fastned, a leading company in the electric vehicle charging industry, is seeking a passionate and resilient Customer Service Representative to join our team on a remote part-time basis. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and partners while working from the comfort of your own home.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and friendly manner. 2. Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and efficient manner. 3. Assist customers with account maintenance, billing inquiries, and technical support. 4. Educate customers on our products and services to increase customer satisfaction and retention. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met and issues are resolved. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system. 7. Continuously improve customer service processes and procedures to enhance the overall customer experience.
Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong time management and organizational skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required. 6. Ability to manage difficult situations with patience and empathy. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
