Job Description - Customer Service Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:


We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Talpa Network. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely and provide exceptional customer service to our clients. As an Associate Level Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities: - Communicate with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat - Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products or services - Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed - Process customer orders and returns according to company policies - Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services - Meet productivity and quality standards set by the company - Proactively identify and implement innovative solutions to improve customer service


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service - Hardworking and resilient personality traits - Strong negotiation and innovation skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Availability to work part-time remotely - Prior experience in a remote work environment is a plus
