Customer Success Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

As a Customer Success Associate at Fugro, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers remotely. Your main goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and build strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will be resilient and dedicated, with a strong focus on problem-solving and leadership skills.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to address any inquiries or issues - Ensure that customer needs are met and exceeded to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction - Analyze customer feedback and provide suggestions for improvements to enhance the customer experience - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide timely solutions - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 3+ years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Resilient and dedicated personality traits - Leadership and problem-solving skills - Ability to thrive in a remote work environment
