Customer Support Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

Bynder, a leading digital asset management platform based in Amsterdam, NL, is seeking a motivated and energetic Customer Support Representative to join our remote team on a part-time basis. As an Entry Level Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, helping them navigate our platform and troubleshoot any issues they may encounter.

Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance via phone, email, or chat. 2. Answer customer inquiries regarding product features, pricing, and technical support. 3. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner. 4. Provide product demonstrations and training to customers as needed. 5. Document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system. 6. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues. 7. Assist in developing customer support resources and FAQs. 8. Stay up-to-date on product updates and new features to better assist customers.

Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role. 2. Energetic and adaptable personality traits. 3. Strong people management and decision-making skills. 4. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. 5. Proficiency in using CRM systems and support tools. 6. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 7. Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
