Guerrilla Games is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Customer Support Representative to join our team on a part-time basis for remote work. As an Associate Level role, we require a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service through various channels such as email, phone, and live chat. 2. Handle customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner. 3. Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate resolution of customer issues. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Identify opportunities for improvement in customer service processes and recommend solutions. 6. Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to better assist customers. 7. Collaborate with team members to achieve customer satisfaction goals.
Requirements: 1. Excellent communication skills with a strong command of the English language. 2. Ability to adapt to different situations and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 3. Proven experience in customer support or a similar role. 4. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software. 6. Availability to work remotely and flexible hours.
