Job Description: Fairphone is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a courteous and efficient manner. 2. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for customers experiencing issues with their Fairphone products. 3. Educate customers on product features and benefits, as well as any available promotions or upgrades. 4. Collaborate with the sales and product development teams to resolve complex customer issues. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system. 6. Assist in handling returns, exchanges, and warranty claims as necessary. 7. Stay current on Fairphone products, policies, and procedures to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is provided to customers.
Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role. 2. Strong communication and presentation skills. 3. Driven and passionate about providing excellent customer service. 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks effectively. 5. Proficiency in using CRM systems and other customer support tools. 6. High school diploma or equivalent.
