Live Chat Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:

Heineken is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Live Chat Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a remote work position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. As a Live Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and assistance to our online customers via live chat.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner via live chat - Answer customer inquiries, provide product information, and assist with order placement - Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and efficient manner - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Monitor and respond to customer feedback and reviews - Assist with updating product information and website content as needed

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Reliable and resilient personality traits - Strong communication skills and attention to detail - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software - Strong strategic planning and presentation skills
