Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic Remote Account Support Manager to join our team at ParkBee in Amsterdam, NL. As a mid-to-senior level position, you will be responsible for managing and supporting our key accounts remotely. This part-time role requires a high level of experience, as well as the ability to work independently and efficiently.
Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain relationships with key accounts remotely - Provide support and guidance to clients on a regular basis - Monitor account performance and provide recommendations for improvement - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction - Develop and implement strategies to increase account growth and retention - Handle any issues or concerns that may arise with clients in a timely and professional manner
Requirements: - Minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role - Demonstrated ability to work independently and efficiently - Strong project management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to adapt to changing environments and challenges - Driven and hardworking attitude
