Job Description:
Vandebron is seeking a talented Remote Account Support Manager to join our team in Amsterdam. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 6 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing exceptional account support to our clients in a remote setting. This part-time position requires a high level of dedication and energy to effectively manage accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities: - Manage a portfolio of accounts remotely, ensuring that all client needs are met in a timely and efficient manner - Build strong relationships with clients through regular communication and personalized service - Provide support and guidance to clients on using Vandebron's products and services - Monitor account activity, identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and collaborate with the sales team to maximize revenue - Address client inquiries and issues promptly, escalating complex problems to the appropriate team members when necessary - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system - Collaborate with other departments to improve the overall customer experience and identify areas for process improvement
Requirements: - At least 6 years of experience in account management or customer support - Energetic and dedicated personality with strong persuasion skills and emotional intelligence - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction goals - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and remotely in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
