Account Support Representative

Job Description:

DSM is seeking a part-time Account Support Representative to join our team in Utrecht, Netherlands. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. The Account Support Representative will be responsible for providing support to our account managers and ensuring excellent customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Assist account managers in managing client accounts and relationships - Handle customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses - Process orders and ensure timely delivery of products - Create reports and presentations for client meetings - Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for growth - Identify new business opportunities and potential clients - Provide administrative support to the account management team

Requirements: - Driven and resourceful - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Creativity and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work effectively in a team and cooperate with others - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software - Fluency in English and Dutch
