Account Support Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

Flow Traders is currently seeking a part-time Account Support Representative to join our team in Amsterdam, NL. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role. The Account Support Representative will have the opportunity to work remotely from home.

Responsibilities: - Provide account support to clients, assisting with inquiries, issues, and requests in a timely and professional manner - Manage client relationships and ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and concerns - Monitor and analyze client trading activity to identify trends and opportunities - Assist with account onboarding and client education initiatives - Contribute to the development and implementation of client support strategies and best practices

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - High level of attention to detail and organizational ability - Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Driven and resilient personality traits - Strong people management and decision-making skills - Equal Opportunity Employer
