Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated Account Support Representative to join our team at Harver. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. As an Associate Level Account Support Representative, you will play a crucial role in providing top-notch customer support to our clients.
Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Providing support to clients in navigating our platform and resolving any technical issues they may encounter - Working closely with the sales team to onboard new clients and ensure a seamless transition - Collaborating with the product development team to provide feedback on customer needs and preferences - Assisting with data analysis and reporting on customer engagement metrics - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system - Participating in team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on product developments and best practices
Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field - Energetic and dedicated personality - Strong communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Experience working remotely and proficient in using virtual communication tools - Bachelor's degree in business, communication, or a related field preferred
