Account Support Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

Shypple, a leading logistics company based in Rotterdam, NL, is seeking an Account Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a work-from-home position suitable for individuals who are confident, independent, and possess excellent analytical and persuasion skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide support to key customer accounts through effective communication and problem-solving skills - Manage and maintain customer relationships by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner - Analyze account data to identify trends and provide insights for improving customer satisfaction - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of customer requirements - Assist in creating reports and presentations for account reviews and business development initiatives - Participate in training sessions and continuous professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements: - No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges - Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities - Persuasion skills to influence positive outcomes in customer interactions - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint - High school diploma or equivalent qualification
