Account Support Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

Thuisbezorgd.nl is seeking an Account Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Den Haag, NL. As an Entry Level role, we are looking for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. This position requires an energetic and resilient individual who possesses strong decision-making and persuasion skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide account support to customers via phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with account-related inquiries, issues, and escalations - Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner - Educate customers on new features and products - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices - Other duties as assigned

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer support or account support role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred - Energetic and resilient personality traits - Strong decision-making and persuasion skills
