Ultimaker, a leading global provider of 3D printing solutions, is seeking a part-time Account Support Specialist to work from home in Eindhoven, NL. As an Associate Level position, we require a candidate with a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role. This role is perfect for someone who is resourceful, motivated, has strong project management skills, and excels in critical thinking.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer support to clients via phone, email, and chat 2. Manage and resolve client inquiries and issues in a timely manner 3. Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling 4. Assist in the onboarding process for new clients 5. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions 6. Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and procedures
Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 3. Strong project management skills 4. Ability to think critically and solve problems efficiently 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software 6. Experience in the technology or manufacturing industry is a plus
