Call Center Assistant

Job Description:

Vattenfall Netherlands is seeking a Call Center Assistant to join our team in Den Haag on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, we require a candidate with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Answering incoming calls from customers and providing them with accurate information regarding our products and services. 2. Resolving customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner. 3. Processing orders, cancellations, and account updates accurately in our system. 4. Following up with customers to ensure their needs have been met satisfactorily. 5. Collaborating with team members to continuously improve call center processes and customer experience.

Requirements: 1. Resourceful and independent personality traits to thrive in a fast-paced call center environment. 2. Strong problem-solving skills and emotional intelligence to effectively handle customer interactions. 3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English. 4. Proficiency in using computer systems and CRM software. 5. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
