Solar Monkey, a leading solar energy company based in Den Haag, NL, is seeking a part-time Call Center Assistant to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities: 1. Answering inbound calls and assisting customers with inquiries regarding our solar products and services. 2. Making outbound calls to follow up on leads and schedule appointments for our sales team. 3. Managing customer accounts and updating information in the company database. 4. Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner. 5. Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Maintaining a high level of emotional intelligence and attention to detail in all interactions with customers. 7. Meeting and exceeding performance targets set by the Call Center Manager.

Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional phone manner. 3. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. 4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 5. Reliable and confident personality traits. 6. Emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with customers. 7. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
