Remote Call Center Officer

Job Description: TenCate is currently seeking a talented Remote Call Center Officer to join our dynamic team in Den Haag, NL. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Remote Call Center Officer will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service and support through telephone interactions with clients. This role offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently - Provide information and assistance to customers regarding products or services - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role - Resourceful and motivated individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service - Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor - Strong adaptability and strategic planning skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in MS Office and experience with CRM software is a plus
