Remote Call Center Officer

Job Description:

Ultimaker, a leading 3D printing company based in Utrecht, NL, is seeking a Remote Call Center Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service who are passionate and motivated to provide excellent support to our customers.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming calls and emails from customers with professionalism and courtesy. 2. Provide product information, troubleshoot technical issues, and resolve customer inquiries. 3. Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns. 4. Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 6. Meet and exceed performance goals set by the company.
