Call Center Officer

Job Description:

Joolz, a leading company in the baby products industry, is seeking a passionate and independent Call Center Officer to join our team in Den Haag, NL. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Call Center Officer will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through phone, email, and online chat channels.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, issues, and feedback - Respond to customer emails and online chat messages in a timely and professional manner - Provide product information, troubleshooting assistance, and order processing support - Utilize strategic planning skills to resolve customer complaints and concerns effectively - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service best practices - Perform data entry and maintain accurate customer records in the system - Use critical thinking skills to identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role - Strong communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Passion for delivering high-quality customer service and resolving issues effectively - Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals - Strategic planning and critical thinking skills to address complex customer situations - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred
