Call Center Representative

WeTransfer is looking for a part-time Call Center Representative to join our team in Amsterdam, NL. As an entry-level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service roles.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner - Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Follow communication scripts and procedures - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members - Keep up-to-date on product information and company policies

Requirements: - Adaptable and driven personality traits - Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using CRM software - Must be able to work well in a team setting - High school diploma or equivalent
