Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Call Center Representative to join our team at Boskalis Westminster. As a Work from Home Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, provide information about our products and services, and resolve any customer complaints or issues.

Responsibilities: - Handle a high volume of incoming calls in a professional and efficient manner - Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive attitude at all times - Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions - Accurately enter customer information into the system - Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues - Meet and exceed performance goals and targets set by the company - Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer satisfaction

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role - Excellent communication and listening skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Confident and independent personality traits - Negotiation and project management skills - Ability to work effectively in a virtual environment - High school diploma or equivalent
