Call Center Representative - Work from home

Fastned, a leading sustainable energy company based in Eindhoven, NL, is seeking a Call Center Representative to join our team. This is a part-time, entry-level position that allows you to work from home. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls from customers and provide assistance with inquiries, issues, and complaints - Make outbound calls to follow up on customer orders, resolve problems, and upsell products or services - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Meet and exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction goals - Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends - Complete administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements: - Hardworking and resourceful individual with excellent communication skills - Ability to persuade customers and make informed decisions - 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role - High school diploma or equivalent - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Must have a quiet, distraction-free workspace at home - Strong attention to detail and time management skills
