Job Description:
Patagonia Europe is seeking a motivated and energetic Call Center Representative to join our team in Rotterdam, NL. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home. As an Associate Level Representative, you should have at least 3 years of experience in a customer service or call center role.
Responsibilities: 1. Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner. 2. Providing product information, troubleshooting technical issues, and resolving customer complaints. 3. Making outbound calls to follow up with customers, schedule appointments, or conduct customer satisfaction surveys. 4. Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborating with other team members to ensure excellent customer service delivery. 6. Researching and staying up-to-date on product knowledge to provide effective solutions to customers. 7. Utilizing creativity to find innovative ways to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements: 1. Energetic and resilient personality with a positive attitude towards customer service. 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively multitask in a fast-paced environment. 3. Demonstrated creativity and research skills to find solutions to complex customer issues. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals. 5. Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office applications. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
