Call Center Specialist

Job Description:

ASML Holding is seeking a Call Center Specialist to join our team in Den Haag, NL. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Call Center Specialist will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service over the phone.

Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls from customers and provide timely and accurate information. 2. Resolve customer complaints, issues, and inquiries in a professional manner. 3. Utilize critical thinking and research skills to find solutions to complex problems. 4. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members. 5. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and relationship-building skills. 6. Update customer records accurately in the system. 7. Meet and exceed performance metrics related to call quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. 2. Hardworking and resourceful individual with excellent communication skills. 3. Ability to think critically and research solutions independently. 4. Must have strong attention to detail and organizational skills. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
