Call Center Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

Guerrilla Games is seeking a Call Center Specialist to work remotely from home in Den Haag, NL. As an Associate Level position, this part-time role requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. The ideal candidate will possess key personality traits such as reliability and hardworking nature, along with soft skills in decision-making and problem-solving.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding product inquiries, technical support, and general customer service issues. 2. Provide accurate and timely information to customers, resolving their concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction. 3. Document all customer interactions and follow-up as necessary to ensure resolution. 4. Collaborate with other team members and departments to escalate and resolve complex issues. 5. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, representing the company in a positive light. 6. Adhere to company policies and procedures while following call center best practices.

Requirements: 1. 4+ years of experience in a call center or customer service role. 2. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Ability to work independently and efficiently from a remote location. 4. Proficiency in using CRM software and other call center technology. 5. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required.
